Henrik Levkowetz cbc2117c70 Colour tweaks, lightening or darkening various background colours. Cream paper for documents (using the yellow palette colour). Using names for the brand colours, instead of repeating hex colour codes. Changed font set to PT Serif/Sans Caption/Mono. Added settings for a posible halloween font set.

Henrik Levkowetz 97d0d7cc98 Reverted to refering to font-awesome.min.css after debugging. Removed an unused css class, and instead added an id='content' on the content-holding div, for use as a selector in tests. Reverted to scheme-less script src for jquery from ajax.googleapis.com.

buildbot 3ef2c16774 Separated out schedulers for trunk, personal/* and branch/*. 
Corrected regex patterns which extract unittest details.
Added a first tentative email notifier.
Added ForceSchedulers, in order to be able to force builds.

Henrik Levkowetz 2f54511763 Changed all explicitly set HttpResponse content_types to specify charset. 
Django sets charset if you don't specify a content_type; if you specify
one you also must add a charset specification (if you want one).  
Fixes issue #1647.
