Colour tweaks, lightening or darkening various background colours. Cream paper for documents (using the yellow palette colour). Using names for the brand colours, instead of repeating hex colour codes. Changed font set to PT Serif/Sans Caption/Mono. Added settings for a posible halloween font set.

Changed the header size increments to be close to those used by TeX. Changed some button colours to be lighter (needed because of the very dark @brand-primary we are using)

Modified the styling of the datatracker bootstrap facelift by editing the source .less variables and changing the top navbar to use navbar-inverse with our primary palette colour.
