Henrik Levkowetz d1f5520067 Changing to sorted diffs for recent and previous IESG announcements. Doing this shows what seems to be a flaw in the old scripts, listing some informational documents among the Protocol Announcements. Adding an acceptable diff for the remaining diff which is a result of this.

Henrik Levkowetz 4dbc30caae Acceptable diff: This diff is only the result of different ordering. Since the new version seems to consistently list documents in id order withing groups, while the old doesn't, we'll keep the new one without attempting any fix.

Bill Fenner f1f94506f8 Don't diff view_related_docs. We've determined that the diffs are 
OK, but it's silly to have a stored diff file that's basically
the whole page.

Henrik Levkowetz 18f7fd0c4e Instead of compensating for the 'Did you find a bug...' footer on pages where it isn't present in the original, take it out from the idtracker base.html and remove the compensation. Later add a less intrusive generic footer on all pages and and add diff compensation for the absense of the 'Did you find a bug...' footer.
